Lasagna

When oven-ready lasagna noodles are immerged into tomato-saucy layers, featuring creamy ricotta, perky parmesan, and memorable mozzarella cheeses, all melted and intermingled together for Italian-love in every bite... well, you've got one great taste!

Sicilian Spaghetti

Al dente spaghetti seasoned with red chili flakes, luscious garlic, sundried tomatoes and Grana Dadano cheese.

Stuffed Artichokes

Artichokes are cleaned and then stuffed with a delicious breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture that will have you licking your fingers and asking for more.

Muffuletta

This sandwich is made on round bread that is about 8-inces in diameter. If you cannot find this you can make it on French crusty breads.

Sinful Tiramisu

A confection layered with espresso-and-Grand Marnier ® -soaked ladyfinger cookies and a creamy, dreamy rum-induced mascarpone blend.

Sicilian Fig Cookies (Cuccidati)

Sicilian Fig Cookies, or Christmas Fig Cookies or Cuccidati - all names for these tender & sweet, fruit filled cookie.  The name means "little bracelets," referring to their common ring or tube shape.
